HOW TO EXERCISE LESSON EARN $10 MERRITT MONEY
Carolina Ramirez with Superior Health will demonstrate a simple but effective way to incorporate band exercises for a fitter you.
The class will be held at the Stratton Oaks Clubhouse, all are welcome to join this lesson.
